Unveil the plenty plethora of projects from the very beginning of Bhaz architectural journey. Bhaz has consistently impressed with a diverse range of projects, surpassing 10 in total, spanning from residential units to industrial buildings.

Farrel Briya's House

Focused on the rooms layouting, the house is barely designed for its facade. The abode provides a cozy ambiance for its occupants, ensuring their comfort and security within its confines.

CB-y Bank Tower

Stand in 100x100m area, CB-y Bank Tower is an expansive buildings area with a purpose to gather everyone within the corporation to stand within one roof. They divided the expansive stage into 5 stages. The first expansive stage is to build the main tower & the basement. The main tower has 13-floors in total, with almost half of it being covered with panel-based facade. Afterwards, the 2nd until the last phase mostly focus on the additional buildings.

ILLU Business Suite

42-Floors medium-density commercial high-rise "ILLU Business Suite" is built on the cause of limitable land area. There are 2-full floors of outdoor space (one in 25th floor, the other is in 42nd floor) because this building don't have much outdoor access beside the main & the back entrance. The building also has it's own intellegent-flow controlling system as it comes with 6 express elevators in every 10-floors gap.

Wahyu's House

Friendly-cost home that doesn't cut any essential features that affecting the home. The home function isn't solely to be a dwelling place, but also intendedly to be a small-medium gathering place, as it 58% of it's space is made to be defoliated area.

Jauhatul Jannah's Mosque

Center of the prayers for its environment. The mosque's self-standing nature is a testament to its robustness and resilience. The dome serves as a constant reminder of the divine presence, resonating with the populace wherever they may be.

Polarigid Regency (Type-36 Mass Production)

This home, cleverly disguised as a polytropic house in the midst of an unremarkable city, is actually a natural ventilating residence unit. This home is suitable for anybody that doesn't want to spend tons of money for new circulation systems. However, its unconventional exterior design is often causing individuals to miss its true purpose as a natural ventilating home.

Evate Residence (Type-36 Mass Production)

A dazzling residential unit that redefines luxurious living with its full-glasses facade. The unit offers each master room, maid room, child's room, 4 toilets, a washing room, and a kitchen. Not to mention the seamless transition between the rooms, thanks to its enormous split-leveling system.

Private Finance Office (Al-Siddiq Foundation)

Formed with double GRC board for its walls, the office stand-still as it was elegant in the first place. To achieve a cohesive office, it is essential to utilize all available space, including the corners of the room.

Additional Canopy for Ms.Ani's House

Built infront of the existing canopy, the additional canopy serves as a continuity of the existing and to add a more space as Ms. Ani wants to make a small "canteen" beside of the carport.

Heinz ABC's Soy Extract Building

Industrial building located in Karawang, Indonesia. Its function is exclusively directed towards soy and chili-related undertakings as the name said "soy extract". They will take care the soy ingredients once the load-carrier has unloaded its load at the building to store it in the storage building, either to be finalized to a consumable product or to proceed the next step of a soy extracting process.

Unisquare Hub

"Unisquare Hub", stand to embodies the philosophical principle of connectivity. It symbolizes the interlinking of various modes of transportation and public spaces to create a holistic urban ecosystem.
